Abstract
No matter where you are in the process, but particularly as you begin planning an alumni program, mapping your strategy is a good idea. A well thought-out strategy will pay big dividends, especially during the first 12 months. This isn’t to say that an established alumni program cannot be improved or even revitalized with some strategic planning as well!
