Emotional Attachment Behavioral Therapy (EABT) is a flexible and engaging model that helps people stay grounded in recovery by focusing on connection, emotional awareness, and practical coping tools. In this workshop, we’ll explore how EABT can be used to support alumni in navigating life after treatment, strengthening secure relationships, and staying connected to their values and support. We’ll also walk through some of the EABT workbooks designed specifically for alumni programming, covering topics like attachment styles, resilience, parenting, and building a support system. Whether you run alumni groups or provide one-on-one support, you’ll leave with new tools and ideas to help alumni continue their growth and healing journey.
