With support from TPAS, the team introduced mentorship, operational playbooks, and data-informed leadership tools. These changes led to a 17% increase in alumni referrals and over $700,000 in alumni-related revenue during the first quarter of 2024. Alumni now account for 57% of all program enrollments, demonstrating the impact of an intentional alumni strategy.
