Learn and share the most successful tools that attract and retain alumni involvement with each other, the patients, and the program. This session is a combination of tried and true modalities, as well as explores more innovative ways of supporting alumni – both in person and virtually. Leonard Bade will share some of his experience with alumni success across the US and Canada, to include volunteers, service to others, and chapter support groups that have been active for over 30 years.
The session combines the presenter’s experience, as well as break-out group participation to experience, and collect the successful methods others are using.
